| Rental fees are due in advance |
|
Rental equipment will not be operated for more than 8 hrs per day, 40 hrs per week, or 160 hrs per month. Charges for additional hours will be prorated. |

Severe use applications are subject to price adjustment. |
|
Lessee must insure equipment while in his possession against theft, vandalism, and physical damage. Buck Bros. Inc. assumes no liability whatsoever. |
|
Lessee will furnish a qualified operator and will perform recommended daily maintenance. |
|
Lessee will be assessed additional charges for refueling, cleaning, and repairs. (if needed) |
|
Rental charges will continue until Buck Bros. Inc. has been notified that the equipment has been returned to the Buck Bros. Inc. lot or is ready for pickup. |
|
Lessee is responsible for transportation. Delivery is available - ask for price quote. |
|
